Garbage schedule:

Tuesday afternoon, recycling may be placed out at the end of the driveway

Wednesday is recycle

Wednesday is palm removal, either bundled and tied or placed in a black trash can.

Thursday is regular garbage

Lids are to be completely closed

Garbage Cans should be placed on the side of the house with a barrier so they can't be seen from the street or placed in your garage.

Parking / Vehicles

• There is to be no parking on grass, no blocking of sidewalks, and no blocking of driveways.
• There are to be NO RVs, Buses, Trailers, Go carts, ATVs, Golf Carts, or overnight parking of Commercial vehicles.

Landscape

• Palm trees need to be trimmed
• Lawns need to be cut and trimmed weekly
• Bushes need to be kept trimmed
