Below is a guide for other common questions about the area, who is responsible, and how to get help.
Street Light problem or any outage - Report the problem to Duke Energy here. You can find the light on the map and submit a maintenance request.
Trash - Trash service in the neighborhood is funded and administered by Osceola County.
Road Maintenance - The roads in the neighborhood are owned and maintained by Osceola County. If there is a road problem, please report it to Osceola County here. Parking - Osceola Sherriff's non-emergency number: 407-348-1100. If vehicles are parked on the grass, blocking the road, blocking a sidewalk, or blocking your driveway, please call the Osceola County Sherriff. They are responsible for enforcing parking laws. If a vehicle is parked on your property without permission, you can call a towing company to have their car removed. The cost of the towing will be charged to the vehicle owner before they can get their vehicle back. You can only have a car towed from a public street through the Sherriff. While our neighborhood has an HOA, the roads are public, and the Sherriff is responsible for enforcing State and County ordinances. The HOA has the authority to enforce HOA rules via notices and fines on neighborhood streets.
Water Feature and Fountain - If the water feature at Formosa Gardens Blvd and Livingston Rd or the fountain on Golden Pond is not working, please email Real Manage. ROLLINGH@ciramail.com.
Common areas - If there is a problem with the areas surrounding the neighborhood entryways, sidewalks along Formosa Gardens Blvd or Livingston Rd, a malfunctioning sprinkler in these areas, a problem with the neighborhood signs or the lights for the signs, please email Real Manage. ROLLINGH@ciramail.com.
